Abstract:

The papers written by postgraduates usually have high academic quality and region cultural characteristics. However, there are still some problems existing in these papers because their authors are lack of writing knowledge and submitting experience. Therefore, in the process of editing these papers, the editors should teach their authors academic writing norm, strengthen the authors' IP consciousness, reducing the delay of manuscript review, communicate with the authors' tutors usually, and give the authors detailed revising suggestions.
