对《读者文摘》转型的外部环境因素和内部原因进行分析，归纳杂志在转型期所发生的变化以及取得的成效，总结《读者文摘》转型带来的启示。

Abstract:

Analyze the environmental factors and the internal reasons of American magazine Reader’s Digest’s current transformation， and summarize the specific changes taking place in the transition to sum up the illuminations that the magazine industries can get from the transition.
