Abstract:

The technology of computer image processing is one of the most widely used computer technologies in the publishing industry. At this stage, people still focus on improving computer performance, and ignore the side effects which follow. This causes all kinds of problems. The fundamental reason for the problems is that the pace of technology goes too fast, and people are unable to handle the moral, legal and other issues in the society, which resulting in some runaway social phenomena.
