回顾我国发行业三十年的改革历程，介绍推动我国图书发行体制改革的相关政策，说明改革是
我国三十年发行业的主旋律。

Abstract:

 The article reviews the reform course of 30 years in the field of the distribution industry and introduces
polices about the book distribution system reform in China. It prove that the reform is the main theme of China’s distribution
industry in the past 30 years.
