Abstract:

This paper firstly focuses on the present status that the network literature infringement in China is gradually
rampant. Through the analysis and review of the copyright disputes of Shanda Literature Corporation— a leader in the Internet original literature in China， the author sums up the characteristics of network literature infringement cases in the
aspects of cause of action， tort approach， number of works， court decision， and thinks the future network literature
copyright protection will show a developing trend that changing from the individual to the collective， from the unilateral to the multilateral， from by public opinion to by action. Finally， in the view of the difficult position which faced by
network literature copyright protection in law and system， the author puts forward corresponding solutions.
