摘要:

良好的企业文化是企业获得成功的必要保证。出版企业是典型的文化企业,对企业文化有着更强的依赖和更高的需求。凝聚力则是企业有效开展团队协作、不断发展壮大的核心动力,包括统合力、亲和力和集体进取力。企业文化与凝聚力之间,是因果或表里关系。广西师范大学出版社集团有限公司的发展过程就是鲜活的例证。随着我国出版业集团化格局的日益凸显,企业文化建设伴随凝聚力构建问题会成为更多出版集团关注的焦点。

Abstract:

 A healthy corporate culture is necessary for business. Publishing enterprise is a typical cultural ones, it is stronger and higher demand for corporate culture. Cohesion is the core power, which could effectively carry out teamwork, continuous development and expansion, including the integration efforts, affinity and collective aggressive force. The relationship between the corporate culture and cohension is a casual.  Guangxi Normal University Press Group is a vivid illustration of the development process. With the group pattern increasingly prominent  in publishing industry in China, corporate culture issues associated with building cohesion publishing group will become the focus by more publishing groups’attention.
