Abstract:

Accurate orientation of characteristic columns which are published in the local college’s social science
journal is very important for journal’s characteristics formation and improvement of the journal’s academic taste.
Distinct characteristics should be endowed with the accurate orientation which is based on local characteristics,
advantages of subjects, editing by scholars and updating to the trend of the times. The level of characteristic columns
should be orientated accurately adapting to the full advantage of journal’s level and human resource’s level. On the
basis of accurate orientation of the characteristic and the level, all of resources of journals will be integrated and
the objective will be orientated accurately.
