针对高校学术期刊在信息化社会中所面临的各种挑战和机遇， 从编辑人才培养、 编委会成员构 成、 编辑部工作网络化等方面， 讨论高校学术期刊现状， 提出提高高校学术期刊办刊质量的几点建议。

Abstract:
Considering academic periodicals in domestic universities facing various chances and challenges, this thesis discusses the actuality of academic periodicals and puts forward some advices on raising the quality of publications from several aspects, such as editorial talents cultivation, editorial board members election and editorial department’s networking, and so on.
