摘要:
出版产业对外投资是一项系统性、 长期性战略, 需要在国家对外政策指导下, 站在出版产业长远发 展全局的高度进行顶层设计。 随着出版产业对外投资规模的扩大, 我国需要进一步明晰出版产业对外投资的战 略定位, 优化出版产业对外投资扶持政策体系, 统筹规划出版企业的对外投资战略, 合理调整出版产业对外投 资的区域布局, 完善出版产业对外投资的支撑体系。
Abstract:
Foreign investment in publishing industry is a systematic and long-term strategy, which needs top-level design under the guidance of national foreign policy and standing at the height of the long-term development of publishing industry. With the expansion of the scale of foreign investment in publishing industry, China needs to further clarify the strategic orientation of foreign investment in publishing industry, optimize the supporting policy system for foreign investment in publishing industry, plan the strategy of foreign investment in publishing enterprises as a whole, rationally adjust the regional distribution of foreign investment in publishing industry, and improve the capital support system for publishing industry.
