Abstract:

The“Internet+” era is developing rapidly. As the core competitiveness of the publishing industry，
editors must keep up with the times and transform from the traditional text editors to the all-round editors. The
paper combines with the spirit of the Party’s Nineteenth Congress to analyze the qualities which the editors
should possess， including political consciousness， Internet thinking， legal awareness， quality consciousness，
