摘要:

指出近代以来出版业的发展大大加速了德国的知识积累和文化传播,为国家培养了高素质的人力资源。这些人力资源是德国兴起最重要的因素。近代以来德国屡遭战祸,出版业在国家危亡之际以及重生之时,为民众提供坚强的精神支撑。在新媒介技术的冲击下,当代德国出版业呈现与美国等发达国家出版业不同的形态特征。德国出版业的发展及历史贡献是“出版强国”这个概念最生动的诠释,对中国有重要借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Since the modern times,the development of publishing industry of  Germany has vigorously accelerated knowledge accumulation and cultural dissemination, cultivating a large number of  high quality human resources,which is the most important factor that contributes to the rise of Germany. Germany has also been a war-torn state, its publishing industry continuously provided the formidable spiritual strut to the people who survived the wars and rebuilt their country. Under the impact of new media technology, the publishing industry of Germany presented a different style from other developed countries such as America. The development course and historic contributions of the publishing industry of Germany shows a vivid interpretation of publishing power, which has great referring significance to China.
