关于我国实行文化产品分级制的探讨

Discussion about  Implementing Cultural Products Classification System in China

摘要:

目前,我国政府对于文化产品的监管实行审查制度,虽然在一定程度上能保护未成年人身心健康,但审查制并不能很好地适应文化产业的飞速发展。为适应文化产业发展的需要,我国文化工作者逐渐关注文化产品分级制。本文首先以美、韩为例,简要介绍国外文化产品分级制度的建立和现状,随后分析我国实行文化产品分级制在解放文化生产力、保护未成年人身心健康、方便市场监管等方面的必要性,最后探讨我国建立文化产品分级制的背景,并在此基础上提出相关建议。

Abstract:

 At present, censorship is the specific method of supervision on the cultural products for Chinese government. Although it can protect minors’physical and mental health in some degree, censorship is not adapted to the rapid development of cultural industries. To meet the needs of the development of cultural industries, cultural workers in China focused on cultural products classification system gradually. This paper firstly taken the United States and South Korea for example,briefly introduced the establishment and current situation of the foreign cultural products classification system;then analyzed the necessity of implementing cultural products classification system in China in terms of facilitating market supervision,ensuring freedom of speech,liberating cultural productivity, protecting minors’physical and mental health and establishing the human-centred concept;finally, it discussed the background of cultural products classification system establishment in China, and made recommendations.
