A Comparison of Copyright-based Industries’Economic Contributions between China and USA

摘要：

通过对比2004年以来中国版权相关产业的经济贡献统计数据以及由美国国际知识产权联盟发布的同期年份的美国版权相关产业经济贡献统计数据，发现版权产业在两国都已成为支撑国民经济发展的重要行业，但中国的版权产业在一些统计指标上与美国相比，差距还很大，美国发展版权产业的一些有益经验值得我们学习和借鉴。

Abstract:

By comparing the statistical data of 2004 and 2006—2009 economic contributions of copyright-based industries in China published by the Chinese Academy of Press and Publication to the same period statistical data of Copyright Industries in the U.S. Economy, which was published by the International Intellectual Property Alliance, found that the copyright industries have been the important ones that support the development of national economy in both countries. However, the copyright industries in China has a long way to go to reach the level of USA’s. we should learn the useful experiences from copyright industries’development in USA.
