Abstract:

 National digital publishing bases have developed rapidly in China, however, there are still some predicaments during the construction. The bases should transform the operating ideas to promote the healthy development. The construction measures of the bases should include that carrying on differential development strategy, choosing settled enterprises reasonably, strengthening governmental guides and supports, developing and attracting digital publishing professionals, and so on.
