Abstract:

Electro-acoustic is a movie periodical which had the best sales during the 1930s in Shanghai. It was one of the most powerful periodicals because of its abundant materials, fair attitude and moral critical stance. This paper looks at the editor ideas and content characteristic of Electro-acoustic. All these things are worth studying and imitating for the later film journal people.
