在出版转制的变革中， 科技期刊的市场化为大势所趋。 在市场化经营中， 科技期刊的主体构成、 经 营结构、 人才结构、 营运体系等几个方面应该做出种种调适， 以期尽快形成适合办刊主体定位的科技期刊运 作机制。

Abstract:
In the course of publishing market-oriented, one of the trends of the science & technology periodical development is its marketization reform. The thesis research the adjustment of the science & technology periodical about its subject form, management structure, talent structure, and operating system. The purpose is to setvup a suitable science & technology periodical management mechanism.
