在搜集整理有关资料数据、 摸清底数的基础上， 通过调研， 系统地分析湖北省社科期刊产业发展的 现状、 存在的主要困难和问题， 提出社科期刊产业跨越式发展的对策建议。

Abstract:
On the basis of the related data and the base number after collecting and sorting out the documents , it systemtically analyzes the status quo and the difficulties as well as problems of the development of the periodical industry of social sciences in Hubei province, proposing the countermeasures of a leapfrog development in this industry.
