Abstract:

Academic misconduct has evolved into an international public topics from the academic interior problems,
causing the public concerns and discussions. As a part of academic ecosystem, it is imperative to understand and prevent
academic misconduct. Academic periodical should strengthen the system construction of editing and publishing , such
as paper copyright confirming, double-blind peer reviewing, paper revocation, paper detection and recognition , and
information exchange and communication.
