Abstract:

With the development of China’s publishing industry, capital operation is widely used as an effective
development way by many publishing groups. On the base of analysis on the documents about publishing capital
operation, this article makes an analysis on the following four aspects: publishing capital operation theory, publishing
capital operation status, publishing capital operation mode, publishing capital operation strategy, in order to sam up
the current conditions of China’s publishing capital operation , and to serve as an reference for the research and practice
of the academic community and industry community.
