摘要：
《 商务书馆华英音韵字典集成》 出版于 1902 年，是中国人编纂的第一部分音节的英汉双解词典。 本文刊发列于这本词典中的商务印书馆的《 序》、 李提摩太的《 概述》、 严复的《 序》、 辜鸿铭的《 绪论》、 薛思 培的《 论英语之重要性》， 以免于历史文献湮没。

Abstract:
published in 1902, it is the first English-Chinese dictionary division into syllables compiled by Chinese. To aviod losting the historial data, the author provides the prefaces written by Commercial Press, Timothy Richard, Yan Fu and Gu Hongming.
