摘要:

针对出版界编辑人才成长和培养中普遍存在的问题, 提出要牢固树立以人为本理念, 切实做到
尊重、 关心和爱护人才; 坚持制度管人的原则性和执行制度的灵活性; 坚持科学的人才选拔制度; 大胆使用人
才, 科学考核人才; 有的放矢培训人才; 构建结构合理的编辑团队等建议。

Abstract:

The development and training of the book editors concern the sustained development of the publishing
in dustry. With regard to the common issues in the nurturing editors, this paper puts forward and maintains that talent-oriented
conception be firmly held, talents be given adequate respect and care, the principle of managing the talents with systems
be strictly adhered to, the systems be executed with flexible and diversified means, scientific mechanism be stuck to
in selecting the talents, talents be boldly employed, scientifically evaluated and properly trained, and the editing teams
be set up with appropriate structure.
