论策划编辑的全程整体策划

摘要:

策划编辑不仅要进行选题、 组稿等常规工作, 还要对选题的实施过程与实施结果进行策划, 关
注和指导图书出版、 营销的全过程。 策划编辑要有全局意识, 着眼于整个出版市场, 考虑出版社整体情况, 对
每个选题进行整体规划。

Abstract:

In addition to the routines like list-building, content research and development, an acquisition editor
is also responsible for monitoring the progress of publication project and its implementation and results, as well as
focusing and guiding the whole process of a book’s publication and marketing. An acquisition editor should have a
long-term perspective, and should conduct an overall planning for each list after taking into consideration of overall
situation of the publication market as a whole and that of the particular publishing house.
