基于长尾理论的数字出版浅探

摘要:

目前我国的数字出版产业虽然发展势头强劲, 但在整体上尚不足以对传统出版产业构成冲击,
我国的数字出版仍然处于对赢利模式的探索阶段。 长尾理论清晰地揭示了数字技术导致的全新生产方式和消费
方式, 以及在此背景下的赢利规律。 本文探讨了长尾理论的应用前景, 希冀对该理论的深彻了解和灵活运用可
以促进我国数字出版从理论认识向实际操作过渡。

Abstract:

China’ s digital publishing industry has been developing very quickly, but it isn’ t strong enough to
substitute the traditional one yet. So China is still in the exploratory phase to find some profitable models for it. The
Long Tail Theory unveils the brand-new production and consumption ways caused by the digital technology, and there
some rules should be followed to make profit under such circumstances. The article discusses the prospect of the Theory,
hopes the study and the application of it would facilitate Chinese digital publishing industry’s transition from theoretical
exploration to practical operation.
