通过对出版体制改革后出版社内部管理和考核制度相应改革的探讨， 指出发行工作的改革是发 展的必然, 在新形势下， 发行人员将面临许多新挑战， 如何应对这些挑战是每一个发行人员必须深思和认真对 待的问题。

Abstract:
Discussing presses’ interior management and appraisal system after publishing system reform, this paper indicates that the of distribution reform is necessary for its development. In this new situation， publishers will face many new challengs, and how to counter these challenges is a question for every publisher.
