摘要：
在 SSRN 科研成果共享现状与版权安排的实证考察基础上， 总结了 SSRN 平衡与协调成果共享 与版权保护的三大策略与措施； 尊重与保护版权， 消除权利人后顾之忧； 重视权利人的需求， 采取措施调动其 参与成果共享的积极性； 秉承追求学术宗旨， 始终坚持非赢利性理念。

Abstract:
Based on empirical examination of the status quo as to the rapid worldwide sharing of scholarly re search results and respect for copyrights, this paper summarizes three tactics and measures adopted by Social Science Research Network website, that is, respects for and protects copyrights eliminating the worries of copyright owners, attaches importance to the demands of copyright owners mobilizing their initiatives to participate in the sharing of scholarly research results and being dedicated to the non-profit objective of pursuit of learning or research.
