摘要:
自从著作权成为一项以收取版税方面的经济利益和与名誉权相关的法律条款后, 归誉就成为围 绕著作权而展开的信用概念, 在学术研究和出版业务上引申为一种“ 不剽窃” 的个人信用信誉。 国家标准《 文 后参考文献著录规则》 是中国学术产品归誉的基石, 其细则要求体现了对学术成果归誉的严格界分, 将这种界 分和对学术劳动的尊崇, 通过发表体例的标准化而真正落到实处。

Abstract:
Ever since copyright has been a legal issue which related to the right of reputation and financial benefits in terms of loyalties collecting, credit giving then became a concept in credit which developed around copyright and extent to “ no plagiarism” as a personal reputation within academic and publishing circles. 《 GB/T 7714》, as the basis of credit giving for Chinese academic products, its detailed regulations, do embody a strict defining of credit giving for academic achievements which, alone with the respect to intellectual efforts, have been putting into practice in the publishing standardization.
