Abstract:

After analyzing the reasons why there are many different reviewing patterns under the network environment, this article discusses the main problems existing in the online peer review. Then, it points out that the
university journals should choose the appropriate reviewing pattern based on the current situation of their own in order
to realize the transition to online peer review smoothly.
