Abstract:

The titles whose copyrights are bought from foreign publishers should serve the development of publishing
industry and the cultural establishment as well. This article tries to explore the pattern that the above-mentioned titles
are selected from the problem-solving perspective in order to find some experiences with regularity by which we can acquaint ourselves with what kinds of titles we should select, how to buy copyrights and how to do promotion.
