摘要:

我国出版企业正面临严峻的生存环境: 盗版和伪书严重侵蚀出版企业的正常利润, 诚信缺失、 竞
争无序、 产业链断裂进一步给行业雪上加霜, 体制、 机制的约束又使得行业发展缺乏来自内部的活力和动力。
应对上述挑战的根本出路在于创新。 出版创新包括内容创新、 形式创新、 管理创新和价值创新几个重要方面。
内容创新是出版企业的核心竞争力, 形式创新是出版企业市场竞争的重要利器, 管理创新是出版企业的活力之
源, 价值创新则是出版的终极目标。

Abstract:

Depression becomes the common status in publishing industry in China especially during the new century, which is facing the following problems: dropping in sale quantity, accumulating amount of stock, dishonest and
virulent competition, the broken of industry value chain, restriction of Chinese publishing system and mechanism, an
d so on. The author points out that the foundamental reply to these problems is to innovate, and expounds that in
novation of contents is the core competitive ability of a publisher, innovation of forms is an effective tool to compete in
the market, innovation in the management is the source of vigor for a publisher, and innovation in the value is the final
aim of publication.
