Abstract:
As the competition in the book market is getting fiercer, the demands to the editors are becoming increasingly strict. In order to adapt themselves to the rapid development of the new situation persistently and meet the different new challenges calmly, the editors must be qualified for the modern consciousness, namely, the clear-cut consciousness of social responsibilities, the firm consciousness of pursuing civilization, the strong consciousness of controlling the market, and the sustained consciousness of study and accumulation.
