介绍因特网主要的学术资源以及如何利用网上学术资源辅助编辑进行初审。 编辑借助这些学术 资源可以评价稿件的创新性， 寻找对口的审稿专家， 辨别作者的学术态度， 减少抄袭及剽窃现象， 了解作者的 研究方向等。

Abstract:
How to use the academic resources on Internet to assist editors to carry on the first review on the contributing papers is introduced. With these academic resources, the manuscripts’innovation can be appraised, the suitable experts to review the papers can be found, the author’s academic manner can be distinguished, plagiarism can be reduced and the author’s research direction can be understood.
