摘要：
调研表明， 湖北省真正意义上的版权贸易始于 1992 年。 作者利用文献调研和实地走访等多种方 式收集和整理了自 1998— 2005 年湖北省版权贸易的基本数据和资料， 在展示进步与成绩的同时， 分析了与其 他各省存在的差距及原因， 以期为湖北省和其他省及全国版权贸易的进一步发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:
Our investigation shows that the copyright trade began with the year of 1992. The authors have collected and sorted out the reference data and materials about copyright trade of Hubei province from 1998 to 2005. The paper has expounded the achievements and problems, and further explored their causes in order to provide a valuable reference to the future copyright trade development of Hubei and other provinces and the country.
