Abstract:

Affected by the impetuosity in the society， especially in the community of science research， the academic periodicals have showed some abnormalities， such as distorting the function of the academic periodical just for
pandering to the impulsive phenomena in the society， being restricted by some unreasonable periodical evaluation systems, pursuing unrealistically internationalization of the academic periodical， and so on. These abnormalities are not
beneficial for the sustainable development of the academic periodical. To resist impetuosity is not only the social accountability of academic periodicals, but also the basic requirement of periodicals' self-realization. In the end the responding countermeasures have been put forward for improving the quality of the academic periodicals.
