英国净价图书制度存在将近百年， 大致经历了形成、 成熟与终结三个重要历史阶段。 在进行历 史梳理的基础上辨析这一制度的历史背景、内在逻辑及借鉴意义，以期为我国出版市场的制度建设提供有益参考。
Abstract:
Based on the history of Net Price Agreement (NBA) in England, this thesis describes the 100 years as a journey of 3 stages, which are the stages of formation, maturity and ending. Then the thesis analyses the historical background, logic, and meaning of NBA, by all these efforts this thesis wants to draw lessons for the practice of publishing industry in China
