摘要：

建立农村图书发行网点曾是几代人的梦想， 多年来也做过尝试， 却事与愿违， 不得善终， 其中
的原因很多。 本文的重点在于， 以史为鉴， 探索新形势下的农村图书发行建设途径。

Abstract:

It has been a dream to set up rural bookstores. It has been tried several years but failed for many
reasons. This paper attmpts to explore the new approachs to circulate books by applying circulating history as a mirror.
