摘要：
3G 的高速性、便捷性、自由性、互动性、个性化给手机小说的发展带来全新机遇。目前手机小 说仍存在内容不佳、作者不优、宣传不够、技术不硬等问题，制约着手机小说的发展。要借助 3G 的助力快速 前进，手机小说在内容、作者、宣传和技术方面仍需要不断改善，而这需要通信设备商、运营商、出版商和相 关电信部门的通力协作和共同努力。

Abstract:
3G technology’ s merits such as high-speed, convenient, free, interactive, personalization and so on bring great opportunities for the development of cellphone novel publishing. However, lacking high-quality content, great authors, enough promotion and strong technology support restricts its further growth. So publishers, communication equipment manufacturers and mobile communication operators should work together to promote cellphone novel publishing from four above-mentioned aspects.
