摘要：
运用文献计量学方法，对中国出版政府奖图书奖三届获奖图书的作者（或编者）、作品内容、地区分布数据进行收集整理和分析，据此对我国2003—2012年图书出版基本状况进行述评，并提出思考及建议。

Abstract:
Using the bibliometrics methods，the author analyzes the author,works content and regional distribution of the books which won China Publication Awards (Books Awards) in 2003—2012, comments on the Chinese publishing basic situation, and then puts forward the suggestions for Chinese publishing further development.
