摘要：

作为一家地方小型出版社，崇文书局在精品出版方面取得了不少成绩。本文认为，这主要取决于三
个方面的原因：（1）要从企业存亡兴废的战略高度来重视精品出版；（2）精品出版必须作为“一把手工程”
才更能抓出成绩；（3）抓精品出版需要远见、恒心与毅力，同时更需要方法与智慧。

Abstract:

ChongwenPublishingHouseisalocalaverage-sizedpublishinghouse.Inrecentyears,
ChongwenPublishingHousehasenforcedonstandardizedmanagement,qualityofcontentandproduct
lineconstruction,competitivepublicationsandkeyprojects.Becauseofalltheefforts,boththeproduction
operationandthecompetitivepublicationsareperformingwellnow.Theauthorsummarizestheworking
experienceinrecentyears,whichismainlyreflectedinthreeaspects:firstofall,weshouldattachimportance
tothecompetitivepublicationsfromthestrategicperspectiveofthesurvivalandruinofenterprises;second,to
getbetterresults,wemustplacethecompetitivepublicationsfirst;third,tomakemorecompetitivepublications,
weneedforsight,patienceandpersistence.What’ smore,weneedmethodsandwisdomaswell.
