摘要：

[ 摘　要]　以我国四家具有代表性的互联网内容生产平台作为研究对象，对于各平台版权纠纷案例以及措施进
行分析，从组织间以及国家管理层面分析各大内容生产平台版权纠纷特点和刺激因素；从内部管理和外部战略
合作角度把握各内容生产平台版权保护脉络，从而对于未来网络内容版权保护的趋势做出预测。

Abstract:

[Abstract]　This paper takes four representative Internet content production platforms in China as the
research object， analyzing the copyright dispute cases and measures of each platform. Based on the aspects
of the inter-organizational and national management， researcher summarized the characteristics and
stimulating factors of copyright disputes about content production platforms. From the perspective of internal
management and external strategic cooperation， we grasp the copyright protection context of each content
production platform， so as to predict the trend of network content copyright protection.
