摘要：
供应链管理的核心是一体化管理，从分析我国出版产业运作模式与供应链管理思想的冲突入手， 相应地提出出版企业逐步建立供应链的几点措施。
Abstract:
The core of supply chain management is integrated supply process, the article first analyzes the operation mode of China’s publishing industry and conflicts of supply chain management thoughts, and then puts forward several measures of establishing supply chain gradually for publishing enterprises.
