摘要:

从高校学报资源的稀缺性入手, 分析高校学报稀缺资源的合理配置和充分利用方式, 解释学术
集群的内涵、 形成与凸显途径, 认为名牌栏目建设与学术集群培育是一个互动的过程, 相互促进, 相互影响。
并从倡导学术规范、 踏实服务地方经济文化建设和其他创新性途径方面, 探讨名牌栏目建设与学术集群培育的
实践。

Abstract:

In this paper, the author analyzes the reasonable allocation and the full use of the resources of
university journals from the perspective of resource scarcity. The author gives an explanation on the concept of academic clusters, and draws the conclusion that it is an interactive process to construct famous columns and to cultivate
academic clusters. Finally, the author gives three suggestions on the construction of famous columns and the cultivation
of academic clusters: to advocate academic criterion, to serve the local economic and cultural reconstruction, to utilize
various innovative ways.
