摘要:

全民网络直播时代,出版业得以利用更多元的方式呈现内容,从而不断获得关注。但是出版业如何利用直播这一载体以充分发挥自身优势 , 实现内容变现还不成熟。以利润杠杆为视角,从营销杠杆、渠道杠杆、技术杠杆三个维度分析“出版 + 直播”的运营机制,借鉴当前行业中的成功经验,进而提出“出版 + 直播”发展与变革的要点,以实现出版产品最优化、出版传播最专化、出版服务最精化,完善“出版 + 直播”的动力机制和盈利模式,为出版业探索一条全新的发展之路。

Abstract:

In the era of universal network broadcast, the publishing industry was able to use more diverse ways to present content, and thus continue to get attention. But the publishing industry how to use the broadcast of this carrier to give full play to their own advantages, to achieve the content is not yet mature. This paper analyzes the operating mechanism of“publishing + live”from the three dimensions of marketing leverage, channel leverage and technical leverage, and draws lessons from the successful experience of current industry, and then puts forward the main points of“development and live”development and change. To achieve the optimization of published products, publishing the most specialized, publishing services, the most refined, improve the“publishing + live”dynamic mechanism and profit model for the publishing industry to explore a new development path.
