Abstract:

Zheng Zhenduo was one of the greatest editors who should not be forgotten in Chinese Editorial history ， as that he engaged in editorial work for nearly 40 years in newspapers， periodicals， books and other fields，and had outstanding achievements in every fields. In recent years， researches on Zheng Zhenduo editorial activities gradually increased， but most of the researchers focus on historical facts， few have been aimed  at reasons of his successful editorial career. This paper tries to discuss from the three aspects of personality，interpersonal network and editing skills.
