对“编辑力”论争的思考

摘要:

有关编辑力的论争主要有四个视角:在生产力和生产关系视角下,编辑力是一种生产力;在信息传播的视角下,编辑力是一种传播影响力;在媒介竞争的视角下,编辑力是一种核心竞争力;在编辑职业素养的视角下,编辑力是一种综合职业能力。论争深化了编辑出版者的自我角色认同和对编辑出版活动的认识,促进了编辑学的纵深发展,指明了提升编辑力的方向。编辑力的本质,是编辑基于编辑出版活动的特点及其生态环境去发挥自身的主观能动性。编辑力研究既要符合中国编辑出版实践的发展现状及生态环境,也要对提升编辑力和开展编辑出版实践具有指导意义。

关键词: 编辑力 , 生产力 , 传播影响力 , 核心竞争力 , 综合职业能力 , 主观能动性

Abstract:

The debates on editing force mainly base on four different perspectives. From the perspective of productive force and production relation, it’s a kind of productive force. From the perspective of dissemination of information, it’s  a kind of communicating influence. From the perspective of media competing, it’s a kind of core competency. From the perspective of editor’s occupation accomplishment, it’s a kind of comprehensive capability. The debates deepen the identification of editor’s role and the understanding of editing activities. The debates also advance the further development of redactology and point out the direction of the development of editing force. Essentially, editing force is the initiative of the editor based on the editing activities and its ecological environment. The research of editing force should not only meet the needs of current development of editing activities, but also enhance the practice of editing.
