Abstract:

The digital learning process is promoted effectively with the rapid development of information technology. The
digital technology breaks the original interest structure among the copyright works creators, their users and propagators.
This paper analyzed about the ownership of the copyright status, the rational use and UGG operation model of digital
learning platform. At the end of this paper, it also provided some effective strategies of digital rights management.
