Abstract:

In the current model which focuses on the centralized digital publishing, a series of phenomena
due to strong links squeezethe week links increasingly become the pain point of Internet cultural industry. This
paper aims to use block-chain technology as a breakthrough point for decentralized digital publishing model,
based on the technical support for the construction of digital publishing platform in the aspects of time stamp,
digital signature mechanism and intelligent contract, to explore the architecture laying and functionaldistribution
of decentralized digital publishing platform inproduction and storage of contents, registration and
maintenanceof copyrights, and work release. The limitations it faces was also be disscuessed at the end. So
as to provide a multi dimensional research and development space for the sustainable development of digital
publishing industry from the perspective of new technology.
