Abstract:

From enlightening to elementary school, middle school, and university, all that are one’ s crucial
life stages. By analyzing two books, ,
this article reviews the middle school life of Shi Yafeng,
Zhang Wei, Qian Mu, Zhang Sizhi and Qian Xuesen, which involved free study style and humanity concerns; and
intends to give edification for the middle school education. It also tells us that the great masters, such as Hu Shi, Jiang
Menglin, made their own choice in selecting and changing department in university; and points out that between
Chinese modern and contemporary higher education system, there is a grave fracture of students’selection of specialty
and department.
