Abstract:

Based on the technical protection purpose, the paper authors of academic journals choose science and te
chnology information not to be completely opened. This paper makes use of the ideas about information asymmetry and information Game Theory , studies the reason and various performance of incomplete disclosure of paper science and technology information, analyzes the influence on journal quality, and discusses the challenges to sci-tech journal editors
and its countermeasures.
