Abstract:

This article mainly focusses on the rules that depict the responsibility of collators in collation. According to these rules, collators are required to collate an article for at least three times and after that the article should also
be read through for one time. In this article the connotation of these rules is elaborated in detail, so as to enhance the
collators' comprehension of these rules and their self-motivation in executing these rules. Furthermore, the basal conditions and related measures are also discussed to ensure collators to comply with these rules.
