Abstract:

The author chooses 21 awarded books as samples. The citation quantitative analysis are applied to
analyse the books quoted by the journals based on the Chongqing Vip Citation Database and Chinese Citation Database. The author calculates h indexes of presses and authors, the citation frequency of presses and authors. The
statistics show that the h indexes could consider as a quantitative indicator to evaluate the acdemic influence of books.
